I am merely posting this as a reminder and definitely realize we have some time left before I have to know...
My main concern/question is the time of arrival for camping. Is it possible to set-up camp the night before (Thursday evening)? If that is know where near an option how does the on site camping thing work? Do we line up and wait til 11am? And then first come first served?
We are caravan'ing from Montesano WA and its about a six hour drive. We are making car arrangements and I just don't have all the answers for them. I know how very busy you are Kelly and that you will get back to me as soon as you can. No worries!! *hugs*

Re: Camping question
Thu, April 30, 2009 - 8:54 PMHi guys...campers can begin set-up at 11 a.m. on Friday morning....the gates for the festival are not open until 2 p.m. on friday, so that gives three hours where only vendors, performers, crew and campers will be onsite :) It's okay if you arrive early on Friday, as long as you have a camping pass :)
But only vendors staff and performers are allowed onsite on thursday :)
Hope this helps!
We'll be sending out a complete list of instructions, rules and regulations to everyone who has reserved camping in the next two weeks by e-mail...
Blessings!

Re: Camping question
Fri, May 1, 2009 - 7:57 PMOh wow!! Thank you so much! We are trying to figure out how to all carpool together but it looks like if we leave Friday we have to wake up at 3 am which is insane.... So we are trying to work it out. I made reservations at Richardson but my husband doesn't want to camp one night and then take it all down just to set it up again. Geesh.... men with OCD go figure. LOL *hint of sarcasm there* But I will DEFINITELY keep it in mind! I am all for it! Gotta figure out what the posse is up to first I suppose. I loved being able to set up at Quiet Camp the night before. We slept in on Friday morning and had coffee. Then went to stand in line. It was a perfectly relaxing morning to a very eventful day. It will all work out the way its suppose to this year! I am certain of that if nothing else. :-)
And I cannot wait to see you!!! Did I tell you we are moving to Olympia in July? -

Re: Camping question
Wed, May 20, 2009 - 10:00 AMYou'll just need the Order number and the email address from the purchase. The best bet is to have him print the Email with your order and barcode to bring when you arrive. Hope that helps!
