the rules people are discussing are for camping, they don't change anything at all for vendors, it's the same as it's always been. If vendors arrive during the official vendor set-up hours (as stated in the vendor agreement) they will as always be permitted to drive in and unload, usually very near or at their actual vendor spot. But as always, once the hour of 9 p.m. on thursday night hits, all vehicles will be asked to drive off-site, and no vehicles will be allowed onsite until the festival is over. so vendors arriving after that time, will not be allowed to drive onsite to unload.
if you are a registered vendor you will begin receiving regular detailed informational e-mails from our coordinator Kristen, over the next six weeks. in the meantime, all the rules laid out in your original vendor agreement stand true regardless of camping regulations.
