  TicketsWest is selling them. I'm not sure where there outlets are located, but Safeway might be an outlet. Check out their website and I'm sure you'll be able to find an outlet nearby.

  Yes, ticketswest, its only at certian saffeways though. =/ thats where I got mine =D

    QFC also sells them via ticketswest, with a small added fee(like safeway, its a Ticketswest fee)......
